About Us
Anyinginyi Health Aboriginal Corporation
(AHAC) is a multi-disciplinary organisation which provides primary health care services to the Aboriginal people of Tennant Creek and the surrounding Barkly region, dedicated to 'Closing the Gap' in Aboriginal health within remote Australia.
Anyinginyi
consists of four different sections (Health Services, Business Services, Public Health Unit and Piliyintinji-Ki Stronger Families) which allow them to have a holistic approach to health ensuring that clients' physical and emotional health and wellbeing is given the utmost priority.

mission is to be a provider of high quality holistic primary health care services featuring prevention and treatment in the Barkly region in a culturally responsive way.
What We Offer You
* Salary packaging up to $15,899.94 pa.
* 6 weeks annual leave and personal/carer's leave up to 10 days per year
* Up to $1500 study allowance after 1 year of service
* Study leave can be negotiated
* Remote retention allowance of $1500 after 1 year of service and $3000 after 2 years' service
* Annual remote travel allowance of $1500 for personal travel after 1 year of service

As a small regional centre, Tennant Creek does not have the facilities one would find in larger country towns like Katherine or Alice Springs however it does provide for all the basics that most people require. About The Role
The role will be having you to assist in preparation of Fortnightly Payroll, Assist in Set-up and maintenance of payroll records with respect to Fortnightly pay, Taxation, Leave etc.
you will then also assist in the preparation of payroll returns, group certificates, Superannuation, and PAYG tax payments and end of month payroll remittances and reconciliations. Complete filing each day and maintain in a correct manner

diverse people. Knowledge and understanding of the core functions and services provided by Anyinginyi and an appreciation of the link between this understanding and improved financial management.
To be considered for this position, you must have
proven experience
as a Financial Manager, experience in not-for-profit
accounting
is desirable. The Finance Manager must obtain demonstrated ability to function as an essential part of a management team and to work successfully with other professionals in the management of health care services.
Proven ability in clinical records management & preparation of quality documentation including reports, letters, policies & procedures. Demonstrated Leadership, people management skills and organisational abilities. This position requires high level of communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill particularly with senior clinicians.
