Graduate Program Overview
The #AAA ActionPacked Graduate Program provides a well-rounded knowledge base for our graduates, setting them up for success with several layers of built-in supervision.
* Your Responsibilities:
* Build capability across many areas of OT, including assistive tech, home mods, paediatrics, SIL/SDA/ILO and mental health.
* Assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity.
* Provide support and advice on adaptations to the environment, including home, school, work and residential facilities.
Work as an Occupational Therapist
You will assess participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental and physical level of function and capacity to perform ADL's and IADL's, interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals.
* What You Will Do:
* Participate in professional development and receive formal 1:1 supervision.
* Engage in group supervision & disability specific workshops.
* Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of Speechies, Physio's, EP's, Psychologists and BSP's.
About You
We are seeking a person who has:
* Requirements:
* Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist (or will obtain by Aug 2025).
* A passion for collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team.
* A desire to make a real difference within the community.
* Experience within paediatrics.
