Job Description:
As a Front-of-House All Rounder, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that our customers have a memorable and delightful experience from the moment they walk in. Your versatile role will involve a variety of tasks, from interacting with customers and taking orders to assisting with basic food preparation and maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanour, creating a positive first impression.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilising our point-of-sale system.
- Assist with food assembly and presentation to ensure a visually appealing display.
- Keep the front-of-house area clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times.
- Engage with customers to answer questions about our menu, ingredients, and offerings.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Help maintain a comfortable and inviting ambience by ensuring tables and seating areas are tidy.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and kitchen staff.
- Assist with occasional tasks as needed, including restocking supplies and supporting colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
- Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
- Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean and organised work area.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
