Job Summary
This role involves providing excellent support to retailers and shoppers nationwide, focusing on engagement and member acquisition for an online and in-store rewards programme.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with retailers to re-engage them with the Cash Back programme, driving engagement and member acquisition.
* Meet shopper and retailer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the customer service team to achieve them.
* Manage relationships and handle complaints with internal and external stakeholders.
* Maintain positive working relationships with interstate teams, retailers, suppliers and vendors.
* Compile and generate reports and perform other administrative duties.

* Customer support or customer service experience is essential.
* Strong customer service skills are required.
* An ecommerce background is beneficial.
* A versatile, easy-going and outgoing personality is necessary.
