What you'll do:
* Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
* Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
* Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed
* Take pride in your venue, making sure it's well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
* Own your space! Be trained in all areas and whether you're behind the bar, at reception, or running a function, you bring your A game!
* Follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and your teammates safe
* Take the opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate our guests' needs
What you've got:
* Uniqueness and a passion for fun
* Energy, enthusiasm, positivity - and bucketloads of it!
* Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport
* A love of interacting with a diverse range of guests - teens, kids and adults
* Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
* A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them!
