About the role
As a Parts Interpreter /Storeperson you'll receive full training and support to learn how to identify, source, and supply automotive parts to our customers. This is a hands‐on role where you'll gain valuable industry knowledge and grow within a supportive team environment.
Key responsibilities
* Take charge of monitoring and managing parts inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained to meet customer demands.
* Picking and packing customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.
* Assisting customers with spare parts enquiries.
* Keep the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with safety standards.
* Ensuring the correct allocation of stock.
* Assisting the workshop mechanics with spare part enquiries.
* Placing daily and urgent orders.
* Collaborate closely with team members, including sales, technicians, and suppliers, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
About you
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Valid Working Rights to work in Australia.
* Valid Driver's Licence.
* Forklift licence or willing to obtain.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
