A well-established residential builder in the Camden area is looking for a Client Liaison Officer to join their team. With 15+ years in the industry, they are known for delivering high quality homes.
About the Role
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, supporting them through the early stages of their building journey, and coordinating information between internal departments.
You'll be the key point of contact once a client signs their contract, helping guide them through pre-construction, ensuring paperwork is completed on time, and keeping communication clear and consistent.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all pre-construction tasks from sales handover through to site start
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams (drafting, estimating, certifications)
- Prepare and send required documentation, track progress, and follow up outstanding items
- Keep clients updated throughout the process and manage expectations professionally
- Maintain accurate records and ensure internal systems are kept up to date
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience in the construction or residential building industry (preferred)
- Strong customer service skills with a professional, friendly phone manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt - attitude is as important as experience
- Confident communicator who enjoys dealing with clients
