The role of a Safety, Environment & Quality Manager is pivotal in ensuring the success of our operations. As part of the team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a safety-first culture across all projects. Your expertise in environmental management and quality assurance will play a vital role in upholding the company's standards and reputation.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the following key areas:
* Developing and implementing effective IMS processes from scratch
* Mentoring and coaching team members to promote a positive workplace culture
* Leading by example and championing health, safety, and environmental practices
* Providing regular reporting and monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Coordinating training needs and conducting investigations into incidents
We are looking for an individual with a Certificate IV or tertiary qualifications in OHS and at least 5 years' experience in a similar position within the civil/construction/infrastructure maintenance industry.
