About The Role
Grampians Health are seeking an innovative Podiatry Clinical Educator to join our growing Allied Health Education team on a permanent part time basis. The role will focus on developing and coordinating best practice education opportunities to enhance the capabilities of the current and future Podiatry workforce in the region.
$52.70 to $60.21 + salary packaging | Clinical Educator - Podiatry
Available hours 0.2 FTE (1 day per week) | Podiatrist Grade 3 Year 1 - 4
Key Responsibilities
Identify learning and training needs of the Podiatry department
Develop best practice structured learning curriculum to meet the needs of the current and future Podiatry workforce
Undertake research and quality improvement processes to contribute to best practice allied health education across Grampians Health
Lead the education portfolio within the Podiatry discipline
Skills & Experience
Current AHPRA registration and meet the Grampians Health Allied Health Credentialing requirements for Podiatry
Experience in the healthcare sector in education delivery
Completion of or active planning for further training in education
Experience in quality improvement projects and change management
Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders from different professional backgrounds
