Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Supervisor to join our team in Armidale. As an Audit Supervisor, you will play a key role in planning and coordinating assurance engagements for clients with a turnover of up to $50 million.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Leading small to medium-sized audit teams to deliver high-quality results
* Developing and implementing effective risk management strategies
* Providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships
* Mentoring and training junior team members
Key Responsibilities
As an Audit Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:
* Planning and coordinating audit engagements to ensure timely completion and quality outcomes
* Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
* Reviewing and analyzing financial data to inform audit findings and recommendations
* Communicating effectively with clients to provide clear and concise audit reports
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 5 years of external audit experience, including at least 3 years in Australia
* CA/CPA or currently completing Australian CA or CPA with a foreign equivalent
* Experience in planning and coordinating small to medium-sized assurance engagements
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders
* Ability to develop strong client relationships and contribute to the firm's vision for excellence
