Trade Assistant | CNC Plasma Cutter (K5000) Talentblue is currently seeking an experienced and motivated This is a long-term opportunity for a reliable operator who takes pride in their work and is looking for a stable, high-paying role.

Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be an integral part of the production line. Your primary focus will be operating high-end machinery and supporting the fabrication team.
* CNC Operation: Operating the K5000 Plasma Cutter to precise specifications.
* Material Handling: Safe operation of Overhead Cranes and Forklifts to move heavy steel plates and components.
* Tool Operation: Utilizing various hand and power tools, including grinders, for finishing and prepping materials.
* General Support: Assisting tradespeople with assembly and general workshop duties.
What You Bring To be successful in this role, you must possess:
* Proven Experience: Demonstrated history operating a K5000 Plasma Cutter (or similar high-spec CNC plasma machines).
* Tickets & Licenses:
o Current High Risk Forklift Ticket (LF).
o Overhead Crane experience (Ticket preferred).
* Technical Skills: Proficiency with power tools, specifically grinders and hand tools.
* Attitude: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a \"safety-first\" mindset.
* Reliability: Ability to commute to Hope Valley for early starts.
