About The Role
 * Welcome and assist customers at the counter, responding to their queries and resolving any issues.
 * Process rental transactions, bookings, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
 * Promote our products and services to increase sales and revenue.
 * Inspect vehicles for damage and cleanliness, documenting any issues and taking corrective action.
 * Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles to meet company standards.
Requirements
 * A valid Australian driver's license
 * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
 * Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is desirable
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, using initiative and sound judgment
 * Proficiency in computer systems, with experience in managing bookings and rental information
 * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
