Chemical Operations Specialist
This role involves operating production equipment to meet plant efficiency and quality standards.
The successful candidate will be part of a team producing key agricultural chemicals on a rotating roster with 4 days on, 4 days off, 12-hour shifts.
Main responsibilities include:
1. Operating chemical processing plants and related systems.
2. Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
3. Improving the efficiency of production processes and systems.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in high-hazard manufacturing environments, knowledge of process control, a forklift license, exposure to lean manufacturing principles, ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation, and excellent communication skills.
