About the role:
Test Engineer will be responsible for designing, creating and executing test cases for specific requirements. Liaising with developers and business analysts to gather deep technical analysis, functional and business requirements for testing. The Successful Candidate:
Government Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain baseline government or NV-1 clearance.
Citizenship Requirement: Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this role.
5+ years of experience in manual testing using various tools including ALM, JIRA and API testing tools Postman and Bruno.
* Strong technical acumen for testing activities such as identifying scenarios, developing and running the script, analysing results and summarizing reports. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
* Strong communication skills to disseminate information to the stakeholders
Desired Attributes and Skills:
* Expertise in using various testing and management tools e.g ALM, JIRA, SAP Focussed Build.
* Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python
* Wide experience in working with the Agile Framework model.
What's on offer?
This contract is available for an initial 9-month term with high likelihood of extension.
Located in Melbourne, Canberra & Brisbane this opportunity is onsite.
