Design & Build are currently seeking a Contract Administrator to join a residential builder delivering architecturally designed renovations, extensions, and new builds valued up to $4m across Melbourne.
With a strong pipeline of upcoming work and a reputation for producing high-quality homes, they're ready to bring on an experienced CA who can take ownership of the commercial function and support the business as it continues to grow.

Key responsibilities:
Preparing, reviewing, and managing subcontractor and supplier agreements
Maintaining accurate project documentation, including contracts, variations, and correspondence
Monitoring project costs, tracking budgets, and providing regular financial reports
Working closely with clients, architects, site teams, and senior leadership to ensure clear communication and alignment
Supporting the wider team with commercial and ad hoc project requirements as needed
About you:
Minimum five years' experience as a Contract Administrator
Proven experience delivering bespoke/architecturally designed residential projects valued at $2m+
Strong understanding of construction contracts and relevant regulations
Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
A team-oriented approach with the ability to take initiative and manage competing priorities
