This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Johnson Insurance Brokers Pty Ltd as an Internal Insurance Broker. Based in our Busselton, WA office, this full-time role will see you providing comprehensive insurance broking solutions to our wide range of clients.
What you'll be doing
* Providing expert advice on appropriate insurance solutions for clients across a range of industries
* Negotiating with insurers to obtain the most competitive rates and coverage for clients
* Preparing and presenting comprehensive insurance proposals and reports
* Handling client queries and managing ongoing policy administration
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the insurance market and regulatory environment
* Developing strong, long-term relationships with clients and insurers
What we\'re looking for
* Significant experience as an insurance broker, ideally in a similar role
* A thorough understanding of the insurance industry, products and regulatory framework
* Excellent relationship-building and client service skills
* Strong negotiation, proposal writing and presentation abilities
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Diploma of insurance Broking (Preferred or commit to undertake)
