The Company
Our client is an accounting firm located in Glen Iris. Due to growth within the business, they are looking for a warm and welcoming Receptionist to join their team on a part time basis. You will be the first point of contact for clients, and will assist the broader accounting team.
Your duties may include:
Meeting and greeting clients
Answering phones
Maintaining the client database such as updating client information
Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office on behalf of clients in regards to general enquiries
Notice of Assessments
Preparing letters and other documentation
Scheduling meetings and ensuring the meeting rooms are available
Stationary and consumable ordering
Any other adhoc administrative tasks as required by the Accountants & Partners
You will have:
Previous experience in a public practice accounting firm is essential:
Warm, welcoming and friendly personality
Genuine passion for administration in the accounting industry
Tech Savvy and able to pick up new systems
