Headquartered in Sydney, Australia, SalesPond has offices across Asia Pacific and North America. This role will be located in our Sydney office.

SalesPond is currently looking for a Call Center Manager to manage the team who work in our Sydney office, to make sure they are delivering their best performance and can work effectively and efficiently in delivering their target KPIs.

This role will be responsible for the overall daily operations at SalesPond Sydney office, striving towards its long-term success. You will be involved in all areas within the organisation and be responsible for supervising staff, keeping track of staff results and working together with the Management Team on creating and implementing growth strategies for the future direction of the business.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience (3+ years) in a senior leadership position in a customer focused organisation (preferable within a Contact Centre)
- Proven sales management experience of a medium to large size team
- Result driven and high level of familiarity in contact center environment
- Remarkable relationship building skills and stakeholder management
- Experience in handling diverse teams or businesses
- Excellent organisation skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Operating and leading across the campaign operations to assure smooth and successful day-to-day operations
- Constantly working towards efficiency enhancements
- Overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Conducting one on one development discussions with your team
- Developing the capability of the teams to meet performance objectives
- Providing feedback and solutions on strategic corporate projects
- Guiding the team on their training and development path
- Fostering a working environment to deliver excellence in sales team

**Daily Activities**:

- Daily Timekeeping of SDRs
- Updating leads tally on a daily basis to ensure a competitive yet enjoyable environment; to make sure each of the SDRs are motivated to generate leads
- Making sure that the new-recruits are properly on-boarded
- Providing training on writing presentable lead notes to the new-recruits
- Making sure that all staff members follow the office SOP
- Working together with the Campaign Director:

- To be the bridge between the management and the staff to address any issues related to the campaigns and to inform any important information from the management.
- To make sure all the callers are following their allocations
- To monitoring the training provided to the trials and staff members
- To compile feedbacks received from all Campaign Managers weekly and identify key issues to be addressed

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Call centre management: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales Team Management: 1 year (preferred)
- IT Industry: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
