THE ROLE
We're looking for people with an outstanding customer service passion for our depot in Hobart – Tasmania. You'll be the face of a role model for our company, reporting directly to the Operations Manager, with the goal of demonstrating top customer care, maintaining the fleet of campervans in neat conditions, and showing accountability for each important instance that needs to be led to ensure the depot functions flawlessly.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
* Handle incoming reservations, welcoming guests and taking care of check‐ins and check‐outs.
* Take care of the fleet and logistics, and make sure our campervans are maintained in top condition by monitoring maintenance and repair needs.
* Assist in training, supervising, and coaching your team.
* Control booking activities, manage stock, local suppliers, and cleaning services.
* Handle complaints, emergencies, and any local issues that may arise to keep operations running smoothly.
* Prepare and clean our campervans.
* Assist in reselling campervans, preparing and showing them to prospective buyers.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
* You are a travel enthusiast with an aptitude for direct customer contact, with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail or Rent‐a‐car being desirable.
* You have great communication skills and feel comfortable speaking directly with customers.
* You're eligible to work in Australia, have a valid driver's license and feel confident enough to drive a campervan (mandatory).
* You're available to work weekends and national holidays.
* You're a responsible person who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon.
* You're well‐organized and good at solving problems.
