Your Role
We are seeking compassionate individuals to provide high-quality care to visitors in a safe and welcoming environment.
Freeman House offers residential and inpatient alcohol and other drug treatment to adults experiencing substance-related harm and dependency. As part of our passionate and dedicated team, you'll play a key role in delivering client-centered services, fostering a respectful and supportive space that empowers individuals on their recovery journey.
Your Responsibilities
* Assist with daily living activities (hygiene, dressing, mobility, feeding).
* Monitor vital signs and report changes to RN/EN.
* Support patient intake, admission, discharge, and documentation.
* Administer medications and treatments as directed.
* Provide emotional support to patients and families.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
You Will Need
* Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care/Disability or equivalent.
* AHPRA registration or completion of an approved AIN program.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Understanding of infection control and safety procedures.
* Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
