5. Monitor and analyse customer credit claims
6. Prioritise and respond to customer communications with professionalism and accuracy
7. Escalate service-related issues where necessary
8. Make dealer-related decisions with a high degree of autonomy
9. Support additional aftersales initiatives and teams as required
10. Update training materials and procedure manuals
11. Provide training to dealers and new staff members as needed
About You

2. Technical/mechanical understanding, with a strong interest in learning and continuous improvement
3. High-level interpersonal and customer service skills
4. Excellent time management and organisational abilities
5. Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
