Defence Driver Training Leader
This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in defence training by overseeing driver training programs and ensuring high standards while fostering relationships with both staff and Defence Force personnel. As a leading educational institution, we seek an experienced Team Leader who can mentor and guide our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be able to foster positive working relationships, supervise others effectively, hold relevant qualifications such as Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, have experience in heavy vehicle operations including a Heavy Combination license, ensure compliance with industry regulations
It is also desirable for the candidate to have previous experience supervising teams delivering driver training services.
