Oracle Technical Integration and Security Lead (Oracle EBS to Fusion)

The Technical Integration & Security Lead is responsible for end-to-end orchestration and governance of integrations and security within a large-scale transformation from Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, EPM).
This role does not perform hands-on technical build. Instead, it provides technical leadership, facilitation, and assurance across System Integrators (SI), Oracle, internal Identity & Access Management (IAM) and multiple third-party vendors supporting legacy and satellite systems.
The role ensures that:
* Integration designs are fit-for-purpose, scalable, secure, and aligned to best practice
* End-to-end process orchestration is coherent across platforms
* Oracle Risk Management, role design, and IAM controls are consistently implemented and enforced
* Technical decisions are well-governed, clearly communicated, and traceable
Essential requirements
* Proven experience in a technical leadership role on large-scale Oracle ERP transformations, ideally EBS → Oracle Fusion Cloud.
* Strong working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and enterprise integration best practices (without being a developer).
* Experience coordinating and governing multiple third-party vendors and legacy systems.
* Solid understanding of end-to-end integration orchestration, not just point integrations.
* Identity & Access Management (IAM) – Role-based access control; Segregation of Duties (SoD); Oracle Fusion Security and/or Oracle Risk Management
Desirable requirements
* Experience with Oracle Fusion modules across ERP, HCM, and/or EPM.
* Familiarity with event-driven architecture and modern integration patterns.
* Experience in regulated or audit-heavy environments.
* Exposure to cloud security frameworks and zero-trust principles.
* Prior experience working alongside major System Integrators (e.g. Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, etc.).
