About the Role
As the Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day service delivery across multiple regions, leading teams to achieve excellence in care, compliance, and operational outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership across NDIS, Aged Care, and community service teams
- Oversee compliance, audits, and risk management frameworks
- Monitor budgets, reporting, and operational performance
- Support and mentor Coordinators, Service Delivery, and Compliance teams
- Lead workforce planning, staff development, and performance management
- Promote collaboration, communication, and engagement across all levels
About You
- Proven leadership experience within health, community, or aged care sectors
- Strong understanding of NDIS and Aged Care Quality Standards
- Excellent communication, people management, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities while fostering a positive workplace culture
- Current driver's licence, NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check
