We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Gardener to join our growing team and contribute to delivering outstanding outdoor projects for our valued clients.
Salary Range: $70,000 to $85,000 per annum
Role: Full time
Location: Annangrove, NSW 2156
Main Duties:
- Prepare, plant, cultivate and maintain gardens, turf and landscaped areas to achieve sustainable and attractive outdoor environments.
- Construct and maintain landscape features including paving, retaining walls, stonework, and other outdoor structures.
- Install and maintain irrigation systems, fertilise and mulch soil, and monitor plant health.
- Control weeds, pests and diseases using secure horticultural methods.
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools and machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
- Provide advice to clients on plant selection and garden care, ensuring projects meet design specifications and customer expectations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of Diploma in related field
- At least 1 year of proven experience in landscaping, gardening, or horticulture.
- Experience with budgeting, stock control, and inventory systems.
- Sound knowledge of plants, soils, and horticultural practices relevant to Australian conditions.
- Ability to read and follow landscape plans and complete projects to a high standard.
- Physically fit with the ability to perform outdoor manual work.
