We are searching for a passionate, driven, and hardworking Head Chef to work closely with our venue management and catering team, leading a team of industry professionals.
About You:
* Passion for the industry
* Dedication to improving the kitchen in order to grow our business.
* Solid leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and nurture the culture in the kitchen.
* Experience in managing both food and labour costs.
* Experience in ordering and stock management.
* Have relevant trade qualifications in commercial cookery and food safety.
* Previous experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume kitchen desirable.
* Strong focus on delivering high standards and exceptional product.
* Highly organised with a 'can do' attitude.
* Ability to quickly problem solve.
* Excellent communication skills.
