The Retail Sales and Service Representative plays a key role in providing exceptional customer experiences across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver customer service with a focus on building strong relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
* Process transactions accurately, including cash, cheques, credit cards, and EFTPOS.
* Conduct identity services transactions, such as Australian Passport Interviews.
* Promote products and services through up-selling and cross-selling, merchandising, and other promotional activities.
* Assist customers with mail lodgements and associate costs.
Requirements:
* Friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable individual who thrives in a team environment.
* Experience in customer service and/or cash handling is essential.
* Ability to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for the shift.
