About the role
GrainCorp are seeking a Maintenance Administrator, for a fixed term contract position based at our Marong office. The role will provide administrative support for the Maintenance Manager and wider maintenance team. The responsibilities of this role will include:
* Assisting with purchasing and creating purchase orders
* Collaborate with internal Accounts Payable team to track vendor invoices to ensure payments are processed in accordance with agreed terms
* Maintain and monitor the SAP system supporting maintenance
* Supporting the team in preparing and organising maintenance reports
* Administrative project work as required
* Coordinating training for staff
About your experience
Candidates will have prior experience working in a similar administrative role in a maintenance team, preferably from an agricultural or manufacturing environment. We value demonstrated experience thinking on your feet and acting quickly. Candidates will also display:
* Intermediate - advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office and SAP
* Proven ability to create and manage purchase orders
* Accurate and timely data input with a strong focus on quality
* Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
* Capable of managing mulitple priorities and consistently meeting deadlines
