We’re looking for a Solar Roofer / Trades Assistant to join the growing TMEC crew — and yes, we run a 4-day work week.
At TMEC Services, we specialise in solar, battery, electrical and air conditioning installs — and we pride ourselves on doing things properly. No shortcuts. No cowboys. Just quality work and a tight team culture.
👷 What You’ll Be Doing
* Assisting with residential and commercial electrical installations
* Working safely
* Installing mounting systems and solar panels, air conditioners, electrical equipment
* Running cabling and supports
* Supporting electricians and installers
* Keeping jobs efficient, clean and professional
* Representing TMEC properly in front of homeowners
🔧 What We’re Looking For
* Roofing, solar or construction experience (preferred but not essential)
* Comfortable working at heights
* Strong work ethic — we move with purpose
* Positive attitude and team mindset
* White Card and LVR training (or willing to obtain)
* Working at Heights (or willing to obtain)
* Driver’s licence
If you’ve worked in roofing, carpentry, construction or labouring — we want to talk.
