Where you'll be working
Northern Sydney Local Health District – Virtual Care Service. The position is based within the district Virtual Care team and works collaboratively across acute hospitals, community services, Hospital in the Home (HITH), residential aged care facilities, and primary care providers to deliver a district-wide Virtual Wound Hub.
What you'll be doing
The Virtual Wound Hub Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) provides expert, district-wide clinical leadership in virtual wound assessment, management, and service integration. The role leads the development, implementation, and evaluation of a Virtual Wound Hub Model of Care, strengthening access, quality, and consistency of evidence-based wound management across acute, community, residential aged care, and primary care settings. The CNC drives safe adoption of virtual and digital wound technologies, supports workforce capability, and contributes to strategic service redesign aligned with the Virtual Care and Virtual Hospital strategy.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
* Describe your experience in advanced wound assessment and management, including complex wound care across acute, community, or virtual care settings.
* Outline your experience leading clinical practice improvement, service development, or implementation of a model of care.
* Provide an example of how you have used data, digital health technologies, or quality improvement processes to improve patient outcomes or service performance.
