**About the role**:
You’ll support the our learning needs across our Restaurants and Restaurant Support office, positively impacting the lives of our people & our communities through engagement, energy and education.
This unique opportunity will allow you to use your Instructional Design and Consulting skills. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders to co-create, design and develop innovative and engaging learning solutions across the business.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to create learning content that is fun, engaging and interactive for restaurant teams at all levels - from Team Members right through to Regional General Managers
- Establish and maintain close working relationships with key stakeholders and SMEs, to produce quality Learning solutions
- Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures, legislative requirements and act as a role model
- Work closely with the Education and Operations Teams and the wider business to ensure consistency between content and learning initiatives
- Identify and report opportunities for continuous improvement to key stakeholders
- Create content and graphics, shoot and edit video and audio
- Some learning delivery required
**What you’ll need**:
- Sound learning design skills, ideally with experience within the hospitality, retail, event, leisure or equivalent industry
- Solid working knowledge of Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe CC (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition) or equivalent
- Proficiency with SCORM, Graphic editing software, storyboarding, video editing and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and influence outcomes
- Facilitation skills (desirable)
