Role Overview

As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for staff rostering and administrative functions of regional Home Care Services. You will support the General Manager with leadership and management of the home and services, focusing on staff allocation, rostering, and compliance monitoring.


Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate client appointment calendars and service allocation
* Maintain staff availability and manage rosters
* Generate and modify staff rosters to ensure care needs are met and service levels are maintained
* Update rosters reflecting staff leave and client requirements
* Provide high-quality customer service and respond to client, family, and customer inquiries
* Coordinate meetings, draft agendas, and manage home events and activities
* Perform ad hoc reception tasks


Qualifications and Skills

* Excellent communication and active listening skills
* Customer service experience in fast-paced environments
* Experience in roster management
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Effective communication across all organizational levels
* Experience in aged care (advantageous)
* Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
* Well-organized with attention to detail


Additional Requirements

Provision of satisfactory background checks, including NDIS or police checks (role dependent), current flu vaccination, and certification proof.
