Job Summary

Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive case management to address behaviour change and ensure individuals comply with their orders and associated conditions.
* Work as part of a collaborative and dynamic team.
* Collaborate with community networks to maintain stakeholder relationships and facilitate access to therapeutic and rehabilitative pathways.
* Work with a varied caseload.

Qualifications
* Experience as a Probation and Parole officer or similar.
* Experience working with people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
* Hold strong interpersonal skills and effective working relationships with communities and key stakeholders.
* Demonstrate resilience, integrity and problem-solving skills.
* Possess excellent organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
* Communicate with highly developed written and oral skills.
