The program includes continuous coaching, mentorship, and formal training, allowing participants to rotate through diverse business units and gain a thorough understanding of operations and strategic initiatives. This immersive, hands-on experience provides practical learning through fundamental tasks and meaningful work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop expertise in hydraulics & pneumatic systems, materials handling, water treatment, fume treatment Systems, Bridge and gantry cranes.
* Gain hands-on experience in project management, learning to lead and coordinate projects effectively.
* Explore maintenance and life cycle projects, with a focus on reliability enhancement, particularly in relation to rotational and static equipment.

Eligibility Criteria:
* A genuine passion for Mechanical within the operational context of steel manufacturing and distribution.
* Australian/NZ citizenship or a visa granting unlimited working rights.
* Completion of an Australian tertiary degree within the past three years (or set to conclude in 2025).
* Less than two years of full-time, discipline-specific work experience.
