In-house Sales Consultant (Full-time)Role OverviewWe are seeking a professional and high-achieving In-house Sales Consultant to represent the developer in executing sales strategies for premium residential projects. The successful candidate will not only drive revenue but also foster brand loyalty through exceptional service standards. Availability for weekend work is required.Key Responsibilities1. Sales Performance & ExecutionTarget Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets as set by the Sales Manager and collaborate on the execution of project launch strategies.Business Development: Proactively identify new business opportunities, build personal and project profiles through networking events, and nurture relationships with existing clients.Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and prospective buyers, managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle.2. Customer Experience & Brand StandardsSales Excellence: Manage enquiries and walk-ins at the Display Suite, providing high-end project presentations and walkthroughs.Brand Presentation: Ensure the Display Suite and Sales Office are maintained to the highest company brand and quality standards at all times.3. Market Intelligence & ComplianceMarket Insight: Develop competitor awareness through research and networking; execute strategies based on customer/pricing feedback and report market changes to management.Legal Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legalities (contracts, processes, legal representation) and coordinate all client documentation accurately.4.
