Project Management Assistant Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide administrative support and coordination for our NSW Project Management division.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver timely and high-quality administrative services to the project team.
* Prepare project materials in accordance with established protocols.
* Administer consultant and construction contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
* Maintain accurate records of contract and project activities.
* Support procurement, invoicing, and budget tracking processes.
* Liaise with subcontractors and stakeholders as required.
* Collate information to assist with business activity reports.
Requirements
* Previous experience in project coordination or administration, preferably in the construction or property sector.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
* Strong organizational skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
