CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Horticultural Labourers for a mine site in the NT. We are seeking experienced Horticultural Labourers to join our team at a Northern Territory mine site. This is a FIFO opportunity, rostered 14 days on / 14 days off, working 12-hour shifts, completing environmental and rehabilitation works. About the Role: In this role, you will undertake tasks such as planting, seeding, mulching, erosion control, and weed and pest management. You will also operate light vehicles and equipment across remote areas, prepare seeds and seedlings for revegetation, and install and maintain fencing. You will work autonomously while supporting and mentoring a small team to achieve site rehabilitation outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Undertake environmental and rehabilitation works, including planting, seeding, mulching, and erosion control Carry out weed and pest management activities in line with site management plans Prepare seeds for germination, pot seedlings, and manage soil mixtures and stock levels for revegetation Operate light vehicles, plant, and equipment on-site and off-road in remote areas Install and maintain fencing across approximately 4,000 hectares Our Ideal Candidate: Current Australian Drivers Licence (MR or HR preferred) Skid Steer ticket Forklift Licence Australian Chemcert Minimum 3 years’ experience in a labouring or outdoor environment, including rehabilitation works Ability to work in Darwin heat for extended periods and operate hand tools safely Experience in weed and pest management, task preparation, and autonomous work under direction Proven ability to mentor, train, and lead a team, coordinating daily field activities Basic literacy and numeracy skills for following procedures and completing records What We Can Offer: Highly competitive pay rates | $46.50ph - $48ph Flat Rate Weekly Pay Flights (from Darwin), meals and accommodation provided Continued Support from a Dedicated Celotti Recruiter. 14:14 roster | 12 hour days Immediate Starts Ongoing work To Apply If you believe you’re the right person for this role, please click APPLY, email your resume to eilish@celotti.com.au or contact Eilish on 1300 235 688.
