With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Bricklayer to join us. We are a well-known construction company based on the Central Coast, with projects between Newcastle and Sydney, Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Laying bricks, blocks and masonry materials to construct walls, foundations, partitions and other structures
* Performing general labouring duties to support the bricklaying team, including mixing mortar, transporting materials and cleaning work areas
* Maintaining a safe and organised work environment, following all health and safety protocols
* Collaborating closely with the wider construction team to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Bricklayer or Labourer, with a strong background in the building trades industry
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong physical fitness and stamina to perform demanding manual labour tasks
* A keen eye for quality and a commitment to workplace safety
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with co-workers
