Job Title: Salesforce CRM Specialist
Location: Sydney

About the Company
Our financial services client is seeking a dynamic Salesforce CRM Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimising and enhancing our Salesforce CRM system, focusing on both technical implementation and business collaboration.

Role Overview
As a Salesforce CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our Salesforce CRM capabilities. This role requires a blend of business acumen and hands-on technical expertise. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM is aligned with the business's strategic goals, supporting the marketing automation tools (Pardot) and driving reporting functionality.

Key Responsibilities
* Salesforce CRM Management: Customize and build out Salesforce CRM to meet the business needs, including adding new functionalities.
* Pardot Integration: Develop and enhance Pardot (Salesforce's marketing automation tool), collaborating with the marketing team to improve campaigns and reporting.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable CRM solutions.
* Reporting & Analytics: Create and manage CRM dashboards and reporting systems to provide data-driven insights for the business.
* CRM Support & Integration: Work with the external integration partner to manage any technical support needs and assist with the transition to in-house CRM management.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in Salesforce administration, including customization and feature building within Salesforce CRM.
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Pardot or similar marketing automation tools.
* Strong business understanding and ability to interact with stakeholders at all organisational levels.
* Experience in asset management, finance, or a related field is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach to team work.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Expertise in CRM reporting and analytics.
* Experience working with or managing an integration partner.
