**Role Overview**
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling fitness memberships to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Understand each prospect's objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes to form genuine and long-term relationships.
* Develop and implement creative sales strategies, including prospect calling, retention calling, lead generation, external activations and follow-up.
* Set appointments with prospects and conduct daily follow-ups on enquiries and referrals.
* Provide members with relevant solutions and recommendations to re-engage them and improve overall sales volume.
**Requirements:**
* Passionate about fitness, patient, level-headed and able to work well under pressure.
* Comfortable on the phones, motivated by hitting and exceeding targets, and always looking for new ways to generate business.
* Able to communicate effectively on all levels, think quickly in situations and make timely effective decisions.
* A team player who enjoys voicing ideas with colleagues and offering support when needed.
* Consistent, detail-oriented and able to follow basic standards.
* Flexible to work up to 30 hours per week (between 9am-9pm weekdays, 10am-4pm weekends) on a monthly basis to help achieve and exceed targets.

**Experience:**
* Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred).
* Sales experience: 1 year (preferred).
**Licence/Certification:**
* Driver Licence (preferred).

* Australia (preferred).
