Role Highlights:
* Pick up temp and on-call shifts in local aged care facilities
* Provide person-centred care to elderly residents
* Support with ADLs including showering, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility
* Maintain accurate documentation and report changes in resident conditions
* Contribute to a supportive and respectful care environment
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months of PCA experience in an Australian aged care setting
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
* Valid Police Check (or willing to obtain)
* Current First Aid & CPR certification
* Up-to-date COVID-19 & Flu vaccinations
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends as needed
