The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs, developing and implementing cost plans, and providing support to project teams.
* Manage project costs and develop cost plans to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on cost management and planning.
* Contribute to the development of business strategies and proposals to drive growth and improve outcomes.
Requirements
* Recognised degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar.
* Preferable RICS and AIQS accreditation.
* Sound experience in cost planning in Healthcare, Education, and Commercial projects.
* Defence experience and baseline security clearance is a plus.
