About the Role:
">We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Site Contracts Administrator to oversee the administration of various construction and services contracts at our project site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all contractual obligations are met, and that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.">
Main Responsibilities:
">Administer construction and service contracts in line with project and company standards. Support the Contracts & Procurement Manager in managing contractor performance, claims, and risks. Coordinate with site teams (construction, engineering, planning, HSE, quality) to ensure contractual deliverables. Manage variations, site instructions, EOTs, and claims for nominated packages. Maintain accurate contract records and systems; support cost forecasting and reporting. Represent the company in contractor meetings and liaise with legal/client representatives on contractual matters. Ensure HSE is integrated into all contract administration activities and oversee contract closeout.">
Key Requirements:
">Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., supply chain, law, quantity surveying); MCIPS/RIQS accreditation desirable. Extensive experience in contract administration within major EPCM/EPC projects, preferably in the resources sector. Solid knowledge of contract terms, negotiations, and claims management. Proficiency in project and procurement systems (e.g., Unifier, Aconex). Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.">
