Canteen Assistant
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Canteen Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to students and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the operation of the canteen, including food preparation, serving and cash handling.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
* Provide excellent customer service to students and staff, responding promptly to their needs and queries.
* Manage stock levels and maintain accurate records, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Requirements
* Experience in food service management or a similar field, with a strong understanding of food safety regulations and WHS requirements.
* Knowledge of financial management principles, including cash handling and EFTPOS operations.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues and stakeholders.
* Basic Food Safety Certificate and valid NSW Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
