We are a multi award winning Mazda Dealership in Bendigo with a strong reputation for customer service, teamwork, and excellence. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Interpreter & Warranty Clerk / Service Administrator to join our dynamic aftersales team.
This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across parts, service, and administration in a fast-paced dealership environment.
About the Role
In this dual-function position, you will support both the Parts and Service departments by:
Parts Interpretation
* Interpreting parts requirements for technicians, service advisors, and customers
* Supplying correct parts efficiently and accurately
* Managing parts enquiries, orders, and inventory support
* Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams
Warranty & Service Administration
* Processing manufacturer warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner
* Ensuring warranty documentation complies with manufacturer standards
* Assisting with service administration tasks, including job card processing and invoicing
* Supporting service advisors and technicians with administrative and warranty-related queries
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
* Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter, Warranty Clerk, or Service Administrator (dealership experience highly regarded but not imperative)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* A good understanding of automotive parts and warranty processes
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* The ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities
* Confidence using dealership management systems (training provided where required)
