Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Forte Physiotherapy in Menora, WA. This is a casual role working Thursday and Friday and possibly Saturday mornings with the potential to go part time.
What you\'ll be doing
* Greeting and welcoming patients to our clinic in a friendly and professional manner
* Handling patient inquiries and bookings, both in-person and over the phone
* Maintaining accurate patient records and scheduling appointments
* Assisting with administrative tasks such as correspondence to other stakeholders
* Promoting a positive and customer-oriented environment
* Providing general support to the broader clinical team as required
What we\'re looking for
* Previous experience in a customer service or reception role, preferably within a healthcare or similar professional services environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and friendly demeanour
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
* A passion for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a collaborative team environment
* Must be available to work Thursday and Fridays and potentially Saturday mornings and be available for leave cover
