TSM is a professional property services business delivering Strata Management, Facilities Management and Developer Set-Up services across NSW & VIC.
We work with residential buildings and developers to provide structured, compliant and practical property management solutions.
We are seeking a part-time Business Development professional to take ownership of new business growth across the Central Coast.
This role is responsible for generating opportunities, building relationships, managing proposals and closing new management agreements.
No prior strata experience is required. Full training and support will be provided.

About the role
You will be the primary new business and relationship-building presence for TSM on the Central Coast.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Proactively generating new business opportunities across the region
* Building relationships with owners, strata committees, developers and local property stakeholders
* Attending industry and networking events, including UDIA luncheons and local property events, to build connections and visibility
* Conducting meetings and site visits
* Explaining TSM's services clearly and confidently
* Preparing and issuing proposals
* Managing follow-ups and progressing opportunities through to contract execution
* Attending meetings and AGMs where required
* Working closely with the Sydney-based Head of Growth on strategy, messaging and escalations
* Supporting a smooth handover to operations following sign-up

Previous sales or business development experience is beneficial but not essential.

Remuneration
* Base salary: $55,000 – $65,000 FTE (pro-rated for part-time, 3 days per week)
* Generous Commission on successful sign-ups
