About the Role
We seek an experienced shuttle bus operator who will also provide support across properties as a handy-person.
As the shuttle bus operator, you will operate the bus with primary responsibility for secure and safe transportation of passengers, predominantly students. You will act as a tour guide on day trips in the Greater Brisbane area, Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast.
In addition, you will be responsible for completing maintenance activities to ensure that the properties are operating and looking their best. This includes attending to basic repairs in public areas and resident rooms and apartments.
The role requires working on a rotating roster, between 7am and 12pm, Monday through Friday, and occasionally weekend shifts.

* Highly motivated individual with high attention to detail.
* Enjoy problem solving and exceeding people's expectations.
* Able to work with and relate to young adults from diverse cultural backgrounds while maintaining professional boundaries.
Key Requirements:
* Hold or obtain a current Restricted Driver Authorisation (courtesy transport) from Queensland Transport.
* Some prior handy-person experience advantageous.
* European or Asian language/s (desirable).
* Immaculate personal presentation.
* Ability to prioritise and multitask.
* Outgoing and confident personality.
* Excellent knowledge of the Brisbane road system and south east QLD area including tourist attractions and national parks.
* Working with Children Check (QLD Blue Card).
