Position Overview
Sync Lift Engineering is expanding, and we are growing our team in the Gladstone head office. We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join the team to oversee contracts administration, procurement, and tender management.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and reviewing contracts to ensure alignment with business needs and legal requirements.
Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and legislative requirements.
Developing and managing procurement strategies.
Preparing, submitting, and managing tenders.
Maintaining accurate records of contracts and procurement activities.
Qualifications
Proven experience in contracts administration, procurement, and commercial management.
Strong understanding of industry regulations, contractual law, and compliance.
Experience in tendering, supplier negotiations, and risk management.
Ability to manage multiple contracts and procurement activities efficiently.
