We are looking for a passionate Chef De Pastie to take on our Korean dining experience.

Essentials
To be successful in this role, you have a proven expertise in a Chef De Pastie position where you had control over stock, supplier relationships and ordering with budgets. You also manage and supervise a kitchen team, including rostering, training, and recruitment, as well as ensuring compliance with all food and safety requirements.
The role is full time and will require flexibility within your availability. Consisting of predominately evening shifts 5 days a week.
You will be able to develop your own menu around local seasonal produce across both day and evening services. To be considered for this role, you must currently reside in Australia. Sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
* Menu design and associated costings
* Staff training and development
* Maintain the highest standard of food safety practices
* Staff recruitment and termination
* Rostering
* Liaising with FOH managers and operations manager/owner
* Generating offers, ideas and concepts
* Meeting with potential suppliers

Job Details
* Job type: Full‐time
* Pay: $60,000.00 – $73,350.05 per year
* Benefits: Free food, visa sponsorship

* Work days: Every weekend, Monday to Friday, weekend availability
